Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Completed Services: Once the KYC verification process has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
  • User Error: If the refund request is due to user error (e.g., submitting incorrect documents), a refund will not be granted.
  • Request After 30 Days: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. After this period, no refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
